Cheddar Garlic Biscuits

Ok, here is an easy recipe that uses the Light Wheat Baking Mix. These biscuits are savory and delicious!

Cheddar Garlic Biscuits
2 cups biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbl butter, melted
1/8 tsp garlic powder1. Heat oven to 450F.
2. Stir biscuit mix, milk, and cheese until a soft dough forms. Drop dough by 9 spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.3. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. (You will have to watch them closely because the cheese browns quickly)
4. While the biscuits are baking, stir the butter and garlic powder together.
5. Brush butter mixture over warm biscuits.

These were AMAZING!!!!!!! I made them with dinner the other night. yum yum!!
